Hello All,
I regret to inform, due to Covid-19 (Corona Virus), our 2021 Villeneuve Family Reunion will be postponed again until Sunday, July 31st, 2022 at The Moose Creek Recreational facility.
All clan committee member’s feedback was consistent and understanding, due to the lack of knowledge around vaccine distribution timeline in 2021, that the postponement must occur.
Hopefully by 2022 will have a clearer way forward with the vaccines effectiveness for this menacing virus.
To all committee members and family that wish to attend future reunion meetings, the plan is still to hold the meetings at the Air Force Club on Water St., in Cornwall, but in 2022.
Prep. Meeting – Friday, April 8th, 2022
Prep. Meeting – Friday, June 10th, 2022
Reunion – Sunday, July 31st, 2022
Wrap Up Meeting – Friday, August 26th, 2022
Hopefully, with another year delay, does not discourage families from attending in 2022.
Committee Clan members please continue doing the tough work of gathering info from your clan around attendance numbers. You now have 16 months to get the numbers right. We will need these figures at the April 8th, 2022, meeting to prepare accordingly for the reunion.
