Hello, clan designates and others. Hope you are all well and enjoying Summer 2022.
Time to get “Reunion2023” moving forward.
I have scheduled our first meeting at The RCAF Assoc. Wing 424 (Air Force Club) downstairs, 240 Water St. West, Cornwall, Ontario on Friday, October 21st, 2022 @7pm. It is “Wings & Karaoke” night at the club upstairs, so come earlier if you wish and enjoy.
On the agenda for the upcoming meeting:
- family participation, rough numbers.
- review designates for each clan, any changes in volunteers.
- each clan’s involvement and roles.
- discuss venue, confirm booking for Aug.6th/2023.
- discuss safety protocols.
- review current finances, “family unit” contribution, other $$$ raising ideas (50/50, raffles, etc.).
- discuss the website, please check it out. Roger has worked hard to give it a fresh appeal.
- “Master of Ceremony” opportunity, any eager volunteer within the clans.
- memorial setup.
- family chronicles.
- open forum, any additional questions or discussions. All are welcome to the meetings, but at a minimum each clan’s designate, would be best.
